By accessing or using the WelGPT application, website, or associated services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

WelGPT is a digital wellness platform providing AI-generated routines, habit tracking, deep work timers, and related personal development tools. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice.

2. Medical Disclaimer

WelGPT provides wellness insights, not medical advice. The AI Coach, workout routines, nutrition plans, and mental protocols generated by the Service are for informational and self-improvement purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical or psychological condition.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your account and for keeping your account password secure. You must notify us immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

WelGPT offers both a Free tier and premium subscription tiers (WelGPT Premium). By selecting a Premium tier, you agree to pay the monthly or annual subscription fees indicated.

• Auto-Renewal: Premium subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or via your app store provider. You will continue to have access to Premium features until the end of your current billing period.
• Pricing Changes: We reserve the right to change our subscription prices, but will provide adequate notice of any price changes.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service in any way that is unlawful, harmful, or violates these Terms. Specifically, you agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service.
• Scrape, datamine, or mass-download AI-generated routines, soundscapes, or app content.
• Share Premium account credentials with multiple users.
• Use the AI Coach to generate malicious, illegal, or harmful content.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (including soundscapes, UI design, brand logos, and proprietary algorithms) are the exclusive property of WelGPT and its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WelGPT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; or (c) unauthorized access to your account.

Furthermore, WelGPT is not liable for any damage to the body, device, or property if the App is used wrongly and the guidelines or instructions are not followed.
